This is primarily a Full-time position.

We are a key player in the Facilities Management market, based in Randolph Town.

We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in Customer Relationship Management.

Based on your experience, the salary for this full-time role is $19-$25/Hour (approximately $47k/Year).

The Role

Provide dedicated, on-site support to one of our key corporate clients in Atlanta, GA. As an On-Site Service Specialist, you will manage the client's mailroom, copying, and shipping needs directly from their office. You'll act as a liaison between the client and FedEx, ensuring all their logistics and printing needs are met with the highest level of service. This is a professional, customer-facing role that requires excellent organizational skills.
