Seeking a full-time Flight to join the American Airlines team in Sterling. Flight Attendant!

This is primarily a Full-time position.

The role has a strong focus on Customer Service.

You will be based in one of our major hubs, such as Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW), and will have the opportunity to explore the world while building a rewarding career.

• Uphold and maintain the highest standards of safety and security for all passengers and crew as outlined by FAA regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, including serving meals and beverages, and creating a welcoming and comfortable cabin environment.
• Respond effectively to a wide range of in-flight situations, from medical emergencies to passenger inquiries.
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and provide clear and concise safety demonstrations.
• Assist passengers with stowing carry-on luggage and locating their seats.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the flight deck and cabin crew to ensure a smooth and timely operation.

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED is required; two years of college or relevant public-facing experience is preferred.
• Must possess a valid U.S. passport or the legal right to travel to and from all countries served by American Airlines.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Must be able to pass an extensive background check, a pre-employment drug test, and a vision and hearing test.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and grace.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift and move objects up to 50 lbs, and push a beverage cart. Must also meet height and reach requirements for aircraft equipment.
• Willingness to relocate to an assigned base as determined by operational needs.
