The Role
Lead the charge in a fast-paced logistics environment. FedEx Ground is seeking a full-time Operations Manager for our hub in Breinigsville, PA. You will oversee a team of coordinators and package handlers, manage sort operations, and drive key performance metrics related to safety, productivity, and quality. This is a leadership role for a data-driven professional with a passion for process improvement.
