A national department store in Scottsdale, AZ is looking for a results-driven Retail Department Manager. You will lead a team of associates in the Women's Apparel department, driving sales, managing inventory, executing merchandising plans, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• Lead, train, and coach a team of sales associates.
• Drive departmental sales and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
