This is primarily a Part-time position.

Work in the dynamic field(s) of Recreation.

We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in Vigilance.

The salary for this part-time role is in the range of $20-$27/Hour (approximately $24.7k/Year), depending on qualifications.

Job Summary

Be a hero this summer! The YMCA of Greater Boston is hiring responsible 15-year-olds to join our team as Lifeguards. After completing our certification course, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of members and guests at our indoor pool. This is a fantastic first job that teaches responsibility, vigilance, and life-saving skills in a fun, community-focused environment.

Note: Applicants must be at least 15 years old. All required certifications will be provided by the YMCA.
