We are a key player in the Facilities Management market, based in Arlington.

We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in Customer Relationship Management.

The position offers a competitive salary starting at $17-$21/Hour (approximately $40.7k/Year), plus benefits.

The Role

Provide dedicated, on-site support to one of our key corporate clients in Atlanta, GA. As an On-Site Service Specialist, you will manage the client's mailroom, copying, and shipping needs directly from their office. You'll act as a liaison between the client and FedEx, ensuring all their logistics and printing needs are met with the highest level of service. This is a professional, customer-facing role that requires excellent organizational skills.
