The Role
Take the first step into a management career with UPS. We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Supervisor to lead a team of package handlers during the Twilight Sort at our facility in Addison, IL. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and coaching your team to meet performance goals. This is a challenging role that builds critical leadership skills.
